Fruits Of The Spirit

Fruits Of The Spirit

The spirit of God that is within you does not drive you, it leads you.

To attain spiritual heights, it’s by your desire, your love, and your lead.

Jesus is the example and teacher.

Mat 16:24

Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

From the Greek, “follow” (G190) means to accompany specifically as a disciple, and to be in the “same way with.”

Why keep hanging Jesus on the cross which is putting your burdens upon Him? Jesus himself tells you to take up your own cross as He says in Matthew.

Taking up your own cross is following Him.

2Co 10:3-4

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

Rom 8:9-10

But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

What is righteousness?

Gal 5:22-23

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

1Co 4:20

For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.

Power” in the Greek #1410 is defined as “force”, (literally or figuratively). Specifically, miraculous power, ability, abundance, meaning might, power, strength, mighty wonderful work.

The power and work being the fruits of the spirit, where thereby;

Luke 17:21

Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

There is nothing in creation that is separate from God. Everything is connected. Your freewill allows you to separate yourself in any manner or way you choose. Separate from God, Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the rest of God’s created souls and creation itself, as you wish.

2Th 2:13

But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:

2Ti 1:9

Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,

Your eternal walk, living life and lives throughout your eternity, always has the grace of God within you. Putting into practice the fruits of the spirit which is life itself, is your answer to life in the Oneness of God, the kingdom within, and the spirit of the Lord working through you.
